By accessing lawaken.ae or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Products & Pricing
All prices are listed in AED or SAR and include taxes and shipping (DDP) to GCC countries. We reserve the right to modify prices, specifications, and product availability at any time without prior notice.
3. Orders & Payment
Payments are processed securely via Shopify Checkout. We do not store card details on our servers. We may decline or cancel any order due to inventory availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
4. Shipping
We ship from Dubai to UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, and Bahrain. Estimated delivery is 2–7 business days. Full details on the Shipping page.
5. Returns & Exchanges
14-day no-questions-asked return policy. Items must be in original condition and packaging. See the Returns page for details.
6. Warranty
All Lawaken smart glasses carry a 2-year manufacturer warranty against defects. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
7. Intellectual Property
All content (text, images, logos, software) is the exclusive property of Lawaken Middle East and protected under intellectual property laws. Reproduction or redistribution without written permission is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
Lawaken is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Maximum liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute shall be referred to the competent courts of Dubai.
